Jersey – Frankenstein is a novel written by Mary Shelley (1797 – 1851), which she started writing when she was 18 years old and published anonymously on 1 January 1818. Since 500 first edition copies were printed by a small publishing house in London, the novel has never been out of print and has been adapted numerous times for stage and screen.

Eight stamps and a 3D lenticular Miniature Sheet mark the 200th anniversary of the publication of the novel.
